Get Free Corn by b.ird.town puts you through entirely reasonable security checks in exchange for corn. This policy describes how the current app handles information.
Information stored in your browser
The app stores your earned corn count and any corn names you enter in your browser’s local storage. Time Attack may also keep your pending leaderboard name, time, and score identifier there until the score is approved. This information remains in that browser until you clear the site’s data.
Security-check entries
Verification codes, checkbox choices, CAPTCHA selections, and the pretend passwords entered during the corn application are used only to run the experience. They are not saved as account credentials or submitted to the leaderboard database.
Time Attack and leaderboards
When you start and finish a Time Attack run, the site sends a run token and timing information to its server. If you record a score, the leaderboard name you provide is also submitted and saved in your browser so it can be filled in on your next run. You can edit it before submitting. Approved names and times appear on the public weekly and all-time leaderboards. New names may be held for review before appearing publicly.
Usage analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to count page visits and fixed interaction events for starting, completing, or failing a run; starting Time Attack; opening the leaderboard; submitting a score; and opening or submitting feedback. Event names do not include the text you enter. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled.
Feedback
If you send feedback, your rating and comment are emailed to the site operator. Do not include sensitive information in your comment.
Website hosting
When you visit the hosted website, your browser requests files from the hosting service. The hosting service may process ordinary request information such as your IP address, browser details, requested URL, and request time for delivery, reliability, and security.
Your choices
You can clear locally stored corn, corn names, your last leaderboard name, and pending scores through your browser’s site-data settings. You can use the regular corn experience without submitting a leaderboard name or feedback.
Changes to this policy
If the app’s information handling changes, this page will be updated with a new revision date.
